Two Temple Place is a Neo Gothic building situated near Victoria Embankment. Originally, it was the London office of the Astor family and is well-known for its beautiful architecture. It is open for a few months each year when it houses an exhibition. The exhibitions are an eclectic mix of Art, Science and Social History. In 2025 the exhibition is entitled Lives less Ordinary, which explores the richness and diversity of working-class culture and creative expression in post-war Britain. For our visit we will need to divide into 2 groups as the building cannot accommodate a large number of people walking around en masse. The cost of the outing, including the driver’s tip and a donation to 2 Temple Place is £34. Book by 16th December 2024.
