If you are interested in becoming a member and you are no longer in full-time work, send a message to the Membership Secretary or download the 2025/26 Membership Form. Additionally, if you have family or friends who you think may be interested in joining then please encourage them to do so.
Membership Fees are £24.00 per annum. A reduced subscriptions applies to those joining in the latter half of the year. For details send an e-mail to the Membership Secretary
Gift Aid
If you are a tax paying member please consider completing THE GIFT AID DECLARATION on the membership application form. This can help increase the value of donations to the benefit of Maidstone u3a.
Our Membership Records
Our Database Administrator would like to ensure that all information is accurate. Please notify him of any changes or via the Contact page. Membership records are held on a computer and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation. These records are used only for purposes directly connected to u3a. Our Privacy and Data protection Policy may be seen by clicking Data Protection Policy or Privacy Policy in the Links table at the bottom of this page.
Membership Cards
Where possible membership cards will be sent as an e-mail attachement.
Newsletter
A Newsletter is distributed to members every month with up to date information from the group and interest group leaders. Contributions will be welcomed by the Newsletter Editor
"u3a matters"
"u3a matters" is a magazine published for u3a members by the Third Age Trust. You can opt to receive it by ticking a box on the back of the Membership Form. Queries regarding distribution of the magazine should be sent via the u3a matters contact on the Contact page.
The Maidstone u3a Facebook group is only available to Maidstone u3a members.
